Interesting that Kucinich has announced a plan to sponsor a bill to impeach President Bush during his campaign. Although this comment sends a message to potential voters that he is not afraid to make large changes; will his audacious statement disenchant more voters than it attracts. While bush certainly does not have particularly high support in opinion polls, it seems almost ridiculous to impeach him during the already heated race for the 2008 term. Also when the election for his 7th term as a representative is--does it conflict with his campaigning for the Democratic Nomination? Does it show he knows his chances of winning are slim at best?
